  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

Description du poste

To support Mirakl's growth, we are looking for our next International Payroll Manager to oversee payroll activities across the entire EMEA region, including countries like France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Dubai, and Singapore.

Payroll Management
  1. Set the payroll calendar and oversee the monthly payroll process with our service providers.
  2. Collect variable items to be transmitted to external providers.
  3. Control and approve drafts of payslips and payroll documents.
  4. Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll.
  5. Serve as the main contact for payroll topics during internal or external audits.
Benefits Management
  1. Participate in developing and implementing our benefits offerings and new perks.
  2. Manage relationships with brokers in different countries.
  3. Assist employees with questions regarding benefits such as insurance, lunch vouchers, and days off.
This job is made for you if
  1. You have at least 8 years of experience in HR, Payroll, and Benefits topics.
  2. You are rigorous, organized, responsive, service-oriented, and demonstrate team spirit.
  3. You are proficient with reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
  4. You speak English fluently.
