Job Description
The position can be based in Paris or Milan
In the context of reinforcing the HR International team, you will join our People department and report to the HR Admin & Payroll Manager in Paris. You will be the referent on admin & payroll subjects for the EMEA region (approximately 250 headcount as of today).
Your missions will be organized as follows:
- Payroll
- Be fully responsible for international payroll cycles for the EMEA region (approximately 250 HC) and support the HRBP for the scope.
- Manage payroll with ADP (control, exchange of variables, etc.)
- Ensure quarterly/annual bonus payout runs smoothly
- Coordinate end-of-year payroll tasks (depending on the specific territory)
- HR Administration
- Provide personal paperwork such as contracts, addendums, certificates, etc.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate benefits: health insurance, meal tickets, etc.
- Manage HR admin tasks across several countries
- Coordinate actions with third parties (pension companies, local authorities, payroll providers, benefits providers, etc.)
- Ensure compliance across all territories
- Projects, Processes & Reporting
- Contribute to database reliability and reporting
- Design and improve processes
- Participate in HR international team projects
- Build and update process manuals
- Prepare ad hoc reports for various departments (finance, controlling, CSR, etc.)
- Track time management
- Coordinate projects and communication between departments: C&B, HRIS, Finance, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international payroll (outsourced) or HR administration
- Fluent in English
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Dedicated, self-learner, team player
- Comfortable working in project mode
- Experience with Workday & ADP is a plus
Recruitment process: 30-minute interview with TA Manager, 30-minute interview with HR Admin & Payroll Manager, and final 30-minute interview with the International HR Director.
