Job Description

The position can be based in Paris or Milan

In the context of strengthening our HR International team, you will join our People department and report to the HR Admin & Payroll Manager in Paris. You will be the referent for admin & payroll subjects for the EMEA region (approximately 250 employees).

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Payroll
    • Manage international payroll cycles for the EMEA region and support the HRBP for the scope.
    • Handle payroll processing with ADP, including control and exchange of variables.
    • Ensure smooth quarterly and annual bonus payouts.
    • Coordinate end-of-year payroll tasks specific to each territory.
  2. HR Administration
    • Provide personal paperwork such as contracts, addendums, certificates, etc.
    • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Manage benefits coordination, including health insurance and meal tickets.
    • Handle HR admin tasks across multiple countries.
    • Coordinate actions with third parties like pension companies, local authorities, payroll, and benefits providers.
    • Ensure compliance across all territories.
  3. Projects, Processes & Reporting
    • Maintain database accuracy and reporting.
    • Design and improve HR processes.
    • Participate in HR projects.
    • Build and update process manuals.
    • Prepare ad hoc reports for various departments.
    • Track time management.
    • Coordinate projects and communication between departments such as C&B, HRIS, Finance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in international payroll (outsourced) or HR administration.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Dedicated, self-learning, team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in project mode.
  • Experience with Workday & ADP is a plus.

Recruitment Process

30-minute interview with TA Manager, HR Admin & Payroll Manager, followed by a 30-minute final interview with the International HR Director.
