Job summary

Enfants d'Asie is seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager to oversee general and analytical accounting across the head office and programs in Cambodia, Laos, the Philippines and Vietnam. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements while coordinating with auditors and the board.

You will lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial monitoring, supervise finance staff and external providers, and maintain robust controls across international operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management.
• Experience with international accounting standards is preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Association's general and analytical accounting across head office and programmes.
• Record and check payments, manage taxes and social security contributions.
• Prepare annual closing and accounting notes, liaise with auditors.
• Lead budgeting, monthly monitoring, financial statements and consolidation.
• Monitor cash flow and treasury management across countries.
