Job summary

SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL, a humanitarian NGO, is seeking an Operational Management Controller to reinforce the Finance teams at headquarters and in country offices. The role offers cross-functional exposure and a chance to strengthen financial practices in a challenging humanitarian setting.

The candidate should have higher education in finance management control, substantial international NGO experience, and strong Excel and accounting proficiency.

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance management control or administrative management.
• Significant experience in an international NGO in a field financial coordination position or equivalent.
• Proficiency in accounting and management procedures.
• Good knowledge of major institutional donors (ECHO, EU, BHA, FCDO, UNICEF).
• Excellent command of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support for Country Office Management Control.
• Participate in financial management of grants.
• Support field Finance teams.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports.
• Develop team skills through training and mentoring.
• Contribute to HR management through the technical validation of candidates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and procedures.
• Manage Finance and Finance HR Operations Systems.
