En trois ans, vous occuperez trois postes différents, notamment en tant qu'ingénieur en amélioration continue, Responsable de Production, et Manager Industriel. Les candidats doivent être diplômés d'une grande école d'ingénieur et parler couramment le français et l'anglais. Ce programme sélectif offre une occasion unique de développer un réseau professionnel mondial et d'acquérir de l'expérience dans diverses fonctions clés.

Qualifications

• Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur prestigieuse comme X ou Centrale-Supélec.
• Compétences en gestion et créativité dans un contexte international.
• Ouvert aux trois emplois dans au moins deux pays.

Responsabilités

• Participer à un parcours personnalisé de 3 ans avec 3 rôles différents.
• Développer une perspective de gestion globale et comprendre diverses cultures.
• Diriger une équipe de 40 personnes comme Production Manager.

International Michelin Graduate Program, manufacturing (m/f)

Put your career on the fast track with The MICHELIN GRADUATE PROGRAM, MANUFACTURING.

You will follow a fast-track career path within the MICHELIN Group on an open-ended employment contract, working both in France and abroad, quickly advancing to positions with greater responsibilities.

Program duration: 3 years, 3 jobs, minimum 2 countries!

• 3 years: Follow a personalized, fast-track career scheme.
• 3 jobs: Gain experience in different functions and increase your scope of responsibility.
• Minimum 2 countries: Develop a global management perspective, understand diverse cultures, and expand your professional network.

Pathway:

• Job 1: Continuous Improvement Production Engineer outside France with Green Belt certification (6 months).
• Job 2: Production Manager leading a team of around 40 in a French plant (2.5 years).
• Job 3: Industrial Manager in France or abroad, based on your aspirations and performance (e.g., Manager of an Autonomous Production Unit with over 150 staff, Industrial Supply Chain Manager, or Industrial Maintenance Manager).
