Dashlane seeks an IT manager to lead our global IT team across Paris, Lisbon, and New York. You will set direction, coach the team, and stay hands-on with infrastructure and tooling to drive productivity and AI adoption.

You will partner with the CISO on security, transform IT from reactive to proactive, and define the roadmap with clear success metrics while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations.
• Experience managing a team (3+ years).
• Hands-on experience administering modern IT environments (Azure, Google Workspace, MDM/endpoint management, SaaS provisioning).
• Direct experience supporting engineering teams (GitLab or similar).
• Experience using AI tools and automation to reduce manual IT work.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a global IT team of 5 across Paris, Lisbon, and New York.
• Set direction and coach the team, while hands-on with infrastructure and tooling.
• Shift IT from reactive to proactive, automating processes with AI adoption.
• Partner with the CISO and security team on identity, access, and endpoint security.
• Define IT roadmap and success metrics; manage budget and vendor relations.
