UNESCO is seeking qualified candidates to constitute a roster of middle-level international consultants in HR policy research, analysis and drafting. Consultants will strengthen governance, ensuring compliance, coherence and efficiency across UNESCO’s human resources policies.

Assignments vary up to 11 months, remote, with both part-time and full-time possibilities, including benchmarking, policy drafting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HR policy management or related field.
• First-level degree with two years HR policy experience may be accepted.
• Minimum five years in HR management, policy development, entitlements or related area.

Responsabilités

• Carry out HR policy research, benchmarking and drafting proposals.
• Develop HR policy revisions, guidelines and toolkits.
• Analyze data and consult with staff groups for policy recommendations.
• Create capacity-building materials and user-friendly learning resources.
• Provide interpretation guidance of HR policies and conduct policy/legal analysis as needed.
• Additional assignments may include legal research and drafting of documents.
