About the Role

As our only HR Ops, you will be handling the following tasks, including but not limited to:

• Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes worldwide.
• Acting as the “guardian” of the company culture by providing daily support to the team (benefits, visas/relocation, salary, agreements, PTO, stock options).
• Coordinating recruitment-related issues with our Talent Acquisition Lead (preparing contracts, etc.).
• Improving our HR environment.
• Working with our external accountants to manage payroll.
• Corresponding with our external service providers (lawyers, visa providers, accountants, etc.) around the world (North America/LATAM, EMEA, APAC).

About You

Ideally coming from a legal or HR educational background, you have 3+ years of experience as a People Operations/HR specialist in a startup-like company. You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative in solving problems. You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative, as these are key to succeeding in a decentralized organization like ours. You also have great organizational and administrative writing skills.

You care about employee experiences and understand that diversity is great, but inclusion is key. You like to build things (almost) from scratch and thrive in a fast-growing international environment. Solid startup or entrepreneurial experience is also preferred. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for this position.
