Une entreprise industrielle recherche un Responsable Commercial pour gérer les relations avec les clients internationaux. Les candidats doivent avoir un Bac+2 ou Bac+3 en commerce international et une expérience significative dans le secteur de l'export. La maîtrise des outils bureautiques et l'anglais professionnel sont indispensables. Ce poste nécessite des compétences en organisation et en gestion de dossiers.
The position
Commercial : Prospecting
Sales, Negotiation : quotes, order processing
Customer Portfolio Monitoring (payment reminders, order tracking)
Operational :
Ensure supplier relations / follow-up- Preparation of tender documents- International payment methods (management of documentary credits, etc.)
Quality monitoring / management of non-conformitiesTransportation- Import / export transport management
The candidate
Education :
Graduate of a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level of training such as BTS International Commerce, DUT Marketing Techniques (international option) or equivalent.
Experience :
You have initial successful experience in an export environment (ADV, international trade, or international customer service), ideally in an industrial sector.
Required skills :
Mastery of the fundamentals of international trade : Incoterms , documentary credits , international calls for tender, administrative monitoring of orders
Comfortable with office tools (Office pack), and comfortable with an ERP (training provided if necessary)
Good writing skills, organizational skills and rigor in file management
Languages :
Fluent professional English , written and oral (daily communication with international clients)
Personal qualities :
Dynamic, responsive and with excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable in a collaborative environment (working in tandem with a remote export manager)
Ability to manage several complex files in parallel with autonomy and reliability
Technical skills
Experience in heavy industry
English
Knowledge of Incoterms
Excel / Word proficiency
Knowledge of an ERP
