International Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support international expansion.
  2. Manage relationships with international distributors and digital agencies to ensure brand consistency and market alignment.
  3. Coordinate localization of marketing content, including website, social media, and advertising materials.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with international influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  5. Oversee digital campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for regional audiences and aligned with business goals.
  6. Analyze campaign performance across different markets and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  7. Stay up to date with international digital marketing trends, platform updates, and cultural differences that impact marketing strategies.

Requirements

  1. Must be based within the European Union.
  2. Fluent in English and at least one other European language (German preferred).
  3. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
  4. Strong understanding of international markets and digital marketing trends.
  5. Experience managing localization efforts, including content translation, cultural adaptation, and regional influencer partnerships.
  6. Knowledge of paid digital advertising, social media marketing, and influencer marketing strategies.
  7. Strong project management and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaborate across international teams.
  9. Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (campaign management, optimization, and performance tracking).
  10. Understanding of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
