Alternance - International Compensation and Benefits Apprentice
As an International Compensation and Benefits Apprentice, you will report to the Performance & Reward Manager of Western Europe. You will assist in deploying compensation and benefits initiatives across France, Spain, and Portugal. This role involves coordinating performance and reward strategies, managing data analytics, and supporting the implementation of new benefit schemes. Your contributions will help promote a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with the global strategy.
