Missions

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure financial control (monthly closings, budget exercises, 3-year plan, reforecast exercise) for countries in the America region (North America, Peru, Chile).
• Propose improvements to the reporting process and analyze performance indicators.
• Understand and appreciate the business environment in the supervised countries.
• Manage financial analysis of strategic projects and review tenders from countries.
• Coordinate communication between Corporate teams and subsidiaries, reporting local issues.
• Support operational teams in strategic planning and act as a liaison with local CFOs.
• Participate in projects to enhance financial and operational performance.

Details

• Support subsidiaries in preparing and monitoring budgets and 5-year plans, reporting risks and opportunities.
• Conduct financial studies and advise on projects like acquisitions, investments, and market analyses.
• Analyze reports and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Assist the America COO with financial and business issues.
• Collaborate with various departments within the Corporate Finance team and other divisions.

Profile

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in audit, transaction services, or corporate/business controlling.
• Interest in the retail sector.
• Status: Executive.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultancy approach.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and proactive skills.
• Curiosity and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strategic and business thinking capabilities.
• Fluent in English and ideally in Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Strong organizational, time management, and data analysis skills.

Position based in Levallois, with up to 2 days of remote work per week.
