A leading pipeline construction company in Nanterre is seeking a Business Development professional to manage the commercial cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and 5-10 years of experience in business development in an international setting. Fluent German and strong command of French and English are essential. This role offers an opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects with a focus on energy transitions.

Description du poste

In a context of strengthened international development, reporting to the Business Development Department, you will be involved in the entire commercial cycle: from opportunity identification to contract signing, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying high-potential projects in Northern Europe (Germany, Nordic countries, etc.)
  • Establishing and developing strategic partnerships (consortiums, joint ventures, subcontractors)
  • Conducting competitive analyses, benchmarking, and country risk assessments
  • Contributing to commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with project teams
  • Participating in negotiations and securing contractual agreements
  • Ensuring long-term client relationship management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an engineering school (Master’s degree or equivalent)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or EPC project management in an international context
  • Fluent German is mandatory. Strong command of French and English required
  • Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy
  • Willingness to travel abroad for short-term assignments
