YOUR ROLE

As an Internal Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind MySociabble, our internal social platform — turning it into a lively, engaging space where employees across the globe connect, collaborate, and stay informed.
You’ll craft impactful content, animate conversations, and support the successful deployment of over 100 internal channels. From onboarding local editors to coordinating global campaigns, you’ll help transform MySociabble into a daily touchpoint that employees actually enjoy using.

Your mission? Make internal communication more human, more dynamic — and truly impactful.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Strategy development: create and execute internal social media strategies to boost employee engagement and communication, with a focus on both white- and blue-collar populations. Build and manage a strong editorial calendar.
  • Content creation: develop and publish engaging content such as company news, updates, employee spotlights, and informal highlights like social events. Produce weekly global newsletters in coordination with regional heads of communication and functional leads.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and aligning initiatives across the organization.
  • Training and user support: provide guidance and training to employees on how to use the platform effectively, ensuring smooth adoption and navigation.
  • Community engagement: design and launch global engagement campaigns (e.g. World Days, internal projects, HR initiatives). Foster a positive, respectful communication culture by moderating discussions and responding to employee interactions.
  • Analytics and continuous improvement monitor platform analytics to identify what content drives engagement. Collect user feedback to improve platform experience and refine communication approaches.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Are you passionate about digital communication and international collaboration? This role is for you if:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Communication and have 3 to 5 years of experience in internal communication, digital communication, or cross-functional project roles, ideally within complex and multicultural environments.
  • You adopt a service-oriented mindset and consider employees as internal clients.
  • You are comfortable supporting local stakeholders (HR, IT, business functions), structuring their upskilling, and promoting their initiatives.
  • You have a strong sense of timing and know how to build a smooth and engaging editorial calendar.
  • You’re skilled in creating short, visual, and impactful content, and can tailor your message to diverse audiences.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are organized, structured, and enjoy working collaboratively while maintaining an agile, solution-oriented approach.
