ENTER THE GAME

As an Internal Regulatory Controller in the Internal Regulatory Control department, your main mission will be to perform second-level controls within the internal control system across various services in the gaming industry, covering regulatory topics. You will contribute to implementing and monitoring controls to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and executing second-level control missions across all Betclic processes included in the control plan, evaluating risk management processes;
2. Adapting, preparing, and developing control points, tests, interviews, and samples as needed;
3. Drafting control reports using the Workiva tool;
4. Participating in defining recommendations and monitoring corrective actions;
5. Collaborating within a close-knit team, emphasizing communication and information sharing;
6. Reporting rigorously to your hierarchy and identifying obstacles to performance;
7. Contributing to the development and implementation of internal control procedures and other projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We seek passionate, curious professionals who are kind and enthusiastic. This role is suitable if:

• You hold a master's degree in compliance, risk management, audit, or from a business school, with 1-4 years of experience, including at least one in internal control, audit, or compliance;
• You have a good understanding of risk management, regulations, ethical standards, and compliance issues (AML, anti-corruption, GDPR, etc.);
• You possess strong analytical skills, a structured and data-driven approach, and organize your work efficiently to meet deadlines;
• You are flexible and adaptable to change, maintaining high efficiency;
• You enjoy teamwork, sharing information, and fostering a positive environment;
• You are proficient in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of Workiva is a plus;
• You speak English fluently.

RECRUITMENT STEPS

If shortlisted, Clémence will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). You will then complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, cognitive reasoning). Next, you'll meet Ramona, Head of Internal Regulatory Control, and Julien, Head of Internal Regulatory Control. Finally, Clémence will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results. The process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
