Mission Description

Mantu’s Audit and Risk Department is a dynamic and driving force for the whole Group. You will have the opportunity to become part of our energetic team and support the development of our own certification systems and applications.

As an Internal Quality Auditor, you will enhance the effectiveness of our internal processes by auditing and challenging them through a systematic approach.

In particular, you will be in charge of:

• Reviewing existing operational processes, procedures, and policies.
• Challenging processes to ensure they are efficient and comply with standards.
• Verifying compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other standards as required.
• Conducting internal audits, project audits, and integrated system certification audits per mission.
• Maintaining agile communication with management and all internal stakeholders.
• Suggesting escalation processes and KPIs to ensure the company’s work is compliant with internal rules and policies.
• Contributing to data analytics and automation internal audit projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual Talent: fluent in both English and French (a must for this role).
• Background: a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field. Candidates currently pursuing or holding a Master’s degree are highly encouraged to apply.
• Quality & Compliance Enthusiast: know ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, used to perform an audit.
• Analytical Mindset, open-minded, collaborative, continuous improvement.
• Tech-Savvy Innovator: with generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Power BI, Python, and SQL) will be a strong plus.
