Euronext is seeking an Internal Communications Apprentice to join its Communications department in Paris. You will work with Head of Internal Communications in an international team, focusing on internal content, campaigns and events.

You will monitor intranet, promote Microsoft 365 tools, Viva Engage, create and edit articles, support employees, and assist with internal events aligned to the company's strategic plan. Fluency in English required; French knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bac +4/5 in Communication, Journalism or Business relevant to the role.
• Native-level English writing skills with good French knowledge preferred.
• Strong copywriting and editorial abilities.
• Experience with intranets or corporate social networks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify, write/edit and publish articles and content for internal audiences.
• Write and send employee communications; edit/proofread in English.
• Edit/create assets, including videos, for internal initiatives.
• Assist with internal events and campaigns aligned to the strategic plan.
• Coordinate with graphics agencies for internal deliverables.
• Monitor and contribute to the company intranet; train and support contributors.
• Promote Microsoft 365 tools and educate staff on intranet usage (Viva Engage, etc.).
• Moderate Viva Engage; mobilise contributors and assist new users.
