Miele France recherche un Spécialiste en Communication Interne et Engagement pour connecter ses employés au sein de son cluster multinational. Vous aurez un rôle clé en coordination des projets RH, création de contenu original, et mesure de l'engagement à travers les canaux internes. Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en tant que Partenaire RH ou HR BP.
  • Bilingue en français et anglais (C2).
  • Intérêt pour les dernières tendances et amélioration continue.

Do you know how to keep colleagues engaged and bring internal communication to life? As Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist, you play a key role in connecting employees within our new Miele cluster (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France). You will work closely with the HR department and other MT members to make communication and change projects a success. What you will be doing:

You will ensure that all employees within our new Miele cluster know what's going on, and help the collaboration and especially the engagement run smoothly and efficiently through the right internal communication channels.

  • HR projects: Coordinate and support HR campaigns on employee engagement, culture change and talent development.
  • Internal communication: Create engaging content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls, podcasts, video updates or other media).
  • Own creative input: In this role, you may develop and implement your vision of internal communication strategies that contribute to a positive and engaged organisational culture.
  • Project management: You will follow up on initiatives and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Measuring is knowing: Measure and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Action: Identify internal communication needs and proactively propose solutions.

What do you bring?

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Human Resource Partner / HR BP, with communication experience, preferably in an international organization.
  • Education: A Master's degree in Human Resources or Psychology or a similar field.
  • Languages: You have great content writing skills and are fluent in French and English (C2).
  • The extra mile: You like to go the extra mile. You also stay up-to-date with the latest trends, such as digitalisation and AI, to continuously improve your work.
  • Frequent fast-paced: You have strong organizational and time management skills and can prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical skills: You know all about Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • People person: You know what makes people tick and are a master in connecting communication. Thanks to your enthusiasm, you get people on board with your story.
