Based in Boulogne (92) with a hybrid work setup.

What is HBS?

You’ve probably watched a football game at some point in your life. If it was a World Cup match, it was likely filmed and produced by the HBS (Host Broadcast Services) team. We are involved in the production of events such as FIFA World Cup 26, FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027, and Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia.

We’re seeking a dynamic Internal Communications Manager to lead our corporate culture initiatives across our international offices. As we prepare for major sporting events, you'll be at the heart of building and maintaining our company culture, ensuring seamless communication across our global team.

Your Responsibilities

Culture & Community Building

• Design and implement engaging onboarding experiences for new team members.
• Orchestrate company-wide team-building events and sustainability initiatives.
• Create compelling internal content, including newsletters and newsfeeds.

Global Communications Leadership

• Spearhead the launch of our new internal communications platform (Q3 2025).
• Coordinate with international offices to ensure consistent communication.
• Manage and mentor the Internal Communication Assistant.

Event Operations

• Lead operational onboarding for major sports events.
• Organize and facilitate staff meetings and corporate gatherings.
• Create engaging multimedia content for internal platforms.
