Devoteam is seeking an Internal Communication apprentice to join the Group Strategy team, Amplify. You will support the group-wide strategy and build your network by collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.

You will work on content creation, community management, internal events and reporting, using AI tools to enhance outputs while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Communication, Business School or university.
• Native/Bilingual English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience in communication (internship, apprenticeship).
• Strong writing and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Ability to use AI tools to enhance content while preserving tone.

Responsabilités

• Content creation: articles, posts, briefs, scripts, slides.
• Community management: editorial calendar and content coordination.
• Internal Event support: organize internal events and update intranet content.
• Reporting: monthly follow-up on outputs and engagement.

Job Description

If you are passionate about communication and technology-powered transformation, this is for you! Devoteam is looking for an Internal Communication apprentice to join the Group Strategy team.

At Devoteam, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team, supporting the success of our group-wide strategy, Amplify.

As our Internal communication apprentice, you will have the opportunity to build your skills and network while working with a broad range of stakeholders.
Your key missions will be to support:

Content creation

• Editorial content: articles, posts, briefs, scripts, slides...
• Reviewing and refining presentations
• Video editing: shooting and editing internal videos
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining quality, creativity and editorial standards.

Community management

• Maintaining a group editorial calendar for group-wide news and campaigns, as well as coordinating posts/content with our stakeholders.
• Preparing content and posting on group-wide platforms
• Collecting best practices and supporting in preparing guidelines
• Engaging with the global internal communication community

Internal Event support

• Organisation of recurring group and corporate internal events
• Updating content on the Group Intranet (Google site)

Reporting

• Monthly follow-up on outputs, engagement/participation, and impact for Devoteam’s internal communication channels and initiatives.

This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow and progressively take ownership of communication projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

You are a reliable team player, passionate about technology, adaptable and proactive.

Must-haves:

• In your Bachelor's or Master’s studies (Communication, Business School or university).
• Native/Bilingual English proficiency is required (written and spoken). This includes a full ability to work in English, including discussions with high-level contacts.
• Good understanding of technologies, tools and related practices: social media and community management, AI, emailing systems, etc.
• At least one previous experience (internship, apprenticeship, etc.) in communication.
• You demonstrate a certain level of autonomy in writing, with a smart approach to using tech/AI tools effectively while maintaining quality and tone.
• Command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) and/or Canva.
• Rigorous attention to details: sharp proofreading skills, ensuring brand visual consistency, and double-checking facts before publishing content.
