We are currently seeking an Internal Campaigns and Events Manager reporting directly to the Head of Internal Communications & Publications to join our team based in Nanterre / La Défense.

About the mission we offer you :

Key responsibilities :

• Campaign Deployment: Plan, develop, and execute internal corporate communication campaigns to engage and inform employees.
• Events Organization: Coordinate and manage internal and external events, including town halls, employee engagement activities, and corporate meetings.
• Editorial Support: Create, edit, and distribute internal communications materials such as emails, video scripts, intranet content, and executive messages.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Internal Communications & Publications in developing and implementing communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with departments like People and Culture, Digital, Sustainability, QHSES, Legal, and others to ensure effective communication.
• Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate internal communication initiatives and report to senior management.
• Brand Compliance: Work with creative teams to ensure proper branding of campaigns and events.
• Network Animation: Support the Corporate Communications VP & Head of Internal Communications & Publications in coordinating the communications network.

About you :

We seek an experienced Internal Campaigns and Events Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in B2B sectors. The role involves deploying internal campaigns, organizing events, and editorial support. This professional will act as the right hand to the Head of Internal Communications & Publications.
