At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment services to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Internal Auditor / JIRA Productivity Analyst to join one of our clients' teams. Responsibilities :

1. Analyze engineering time logs vs Jira velocity (story points per sprint)
2. Track effort vs delivery: compare logged hours (Timing, GitLab, Jira) with actual output
3. Identify delivery bottlenecks per team / per product
4. Produce weekly reports on underperformance, overengineering, velocity
5. Assist CTO, Chief of Staff, and Head of AI in decision-making using live productivity data
6. Maintain dashboards and alerts for performance anomalies
7. Investigate incident logs and link root causes to engineering workflows

Qualifications :

• 3–5 years in data analytics, BI, or engineering performance roles
• Experience with Jira, GitLab, Confluence, Time-tracking tools (Timing, Harvest, etc.)
• Strong SQL, Looker / Power BI / Tableau skills
• Background in SaaS, Agile teams, or tech finance / FP&A is a strong plus
• Precision mindset — this is an audit function, not interpretation
