As an Internal Auditor within our Sanofi Internal Audit Team, you’ll provide independent and objective assurance regarding the group’s ability to control its operations according to the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) standards.

You will focus on integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and the competency of our people.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit teams to perform operational, compliance, and IT audits across functions and sites
• Identify risks and develop risk-based audit procedures
• Interview personnel to assess business processes and controls
• Lead meetings with management
• Prepare audit reports with recommendations for improvement
• Stay current on audit literature and industry developments

About you

Experience:

• Experience in public accounting, internal/external audit, internal control, or relevant pharma industry roles with an interest in internal audit

Skills:

• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Self-driven, proactive, eager to learn, patient in guiding others
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and present clearly
• Global mindset and cultural sensitivity

Education:

• Pharmacist, Engineer, or Master’s in Business, Accounting, Finance, Biology
