You'll be joining the Consulting Services department at Celonis, working closely with expert consultants committed to delivering top-tier, AI-driven solutions to our clients. The Role:

As a Consulting Services Intern, you’ll have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Celonis’ market-leading process intelligence platform. Your work will focus first on the technical implementation of innovative, AI-based solutions that drive operational excellence. In addition, you'll support value framing activities, contributing to the identification of process inefficiencies and the quantification of business impact. This hybrid role allows you to explore both the technical and strategic dimensions of consulting in a fast-paced tech environment.

The work you’ll do:

These tasks will be carried out in close collaboration with other teams within Celonis: Value Engineers, Accounts Executives, Product team…

• Support the design and implementation of Celonis solutions in collaboration with experienced consultants
• Assist in designing the data pipeline architecture and orchestrating data collection from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and actionable insights
• Analyze customer processes to identify pain points and assess performance
• Contribute to the creation of business cases highlighting the potential financial and operational impact
• Participate in internal and external workshops to support value discovery and solution design

The qualifications you need:

• Student of computer science, industrial engineering, economics, mathematics, or a comparable program
• Experience in programming, working with databases (SQL or other database query languages) and ETL pipelines; familiarity with Python is a plus
• Know-how in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and process improvement
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Analytical thinking, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and delivering results
• Fluent in French and English
