We know there are hundred ways for you to grow. With us, you will expand your skills in a multicultural, challenging, and dynamic environment.

Dare to join Edenred and get ready to thrive in a global company that will offer you endless opportunities.

Edenred is all about meritocracy. You come as you are, and you contribute. The Edenred Group recognizes, recruits, and develops all talents and singularities.

We are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination and to providing all our candidates with equal opportunities regardless of their gender and gender expression, disability, origin, religious belief and sexual orientation or any other criteria.

YOUR ROLE

As a company, Edenred aims to protect the environment by reducing its carbon footprint, consumption of resources and waste, designing eco-services for mobility and food waste, and managing the impact of its solutions during their lifetime – with a strong commitment: achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2050.

Specifically on Mobility, our ambition is to become the leading global platform for Greener B2B Mobility. A key pillar of this strategy is the “Move For Good” program for which you will be responsible at a global level.

It is structured around 3 pillars :

  1. Measure and reduce emissions through the switch to less carbon-intensive mobility options (such as electric or bioethanol vehicles, shared / soft mobility solutions…) and the promotion of more sustainable mobility practices (eco-driving, fleet maintenance, …)
  2. Offset remaining emissions through third-party certified projects, such as avoided deforestation, or methane recovery.
  3. Raise awareness among our community with access to the best knowledge, resources, and support in their transition to Greener Mobility.

Already operational in some European and Latin American countries, this program is deployed by Edenred globally.

Edenred would like to accelerate the development of this program, and therefore is looking for its global Manager (this is a new position).

This person will be in charge of :

  1. Defining the Program’s ambition, strategy (including key initiatives), and Business plan.
  2. Defining our global positioning and narratives for external stakeholders.
  3. Co-designing the Program’s go-to-market per country, with local business teams.
  4. Orchestrating implementation, especially with Product & Tech teams, and sharing best practices across countries.
  5. Leading program evolution over time, especially driving the innovation roadmap in collaboration with Product Teams.
  6. Strengthening the carbon accounting for ourselves and for our clients.

This person will work with a vast ecosystem of internal stakeholders (ESG and Sustainability department, Local business teams, Product & Tech, Strategy, Finance, Public Affairs / Legal, Communication, Marketing, etc.), and external stakeholders (clients, corporate sustainability solutions providers, etc.).

This person will report to the Strategy & Development Director Mobility.

Professional experience :

  1. Required: minimum 10 years of working experience, in General management or Program management roles, in an international environment.
  2. Plus: experience in carbon measurement and sustainable development, experience in strategy consulting, experience in the Mobility Industry (OEM, OilCo, EV, ..).
