You will be based in our Lyon or Paris office as part of McKinsey’s Operations practice.

About our Operations practice: We assist our clients in solving complex operational challenges. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, our teams of consultants and experts develop and implement operational strategies to address critical problems.

Our focus areas include lean manufacturing, lean services, change transformations, product development, purchasing, supply chain management, and capital productivity. We combine comprehensive business understanding with practical operations expertise across various industries worldwide.

Your role: You will actively participate in problem-solving for clients, including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into actionable recommendations.
