Une société de divertissement internationale à Paris recherche un stagiaire marketing pour assister les chefs de projet dans la préparation des sorties de films. Vous aurez des responsabilités variées allant de la création de briefs à l'organisation d'événements. Une passion pour le cinéma et une maîtrise de l'anglais sont requises.
Description du poste
Au sein du département marketing d’UPI France, vous assisterez les Chefs de Projet sur l’ensemble des sorties cinéma Universal Pictures International France.
De la définition de la stratégie marketing à la mise en place opérationnelle des actions de communication, vous serez un outil indispensable au futur succès de nos films ( Ex. : L’homme qui rétrécit, Bugonia, G.O.A.T, Song Sung Blue, Michael, Minions 3.. .).Ce stage est à pourvoir à partir du 29 septembre 2025.
Vous assisterez plus précisément les chefs de Projet dans les missions suivantes, cette liste n’étant pas exhaustive :
Within the marketing department, you will assist the Project Managers with the theatrical releases of Universal Pictures International France.
From film marketing strategy to brand partnerships and cinema circuits, you will be an essential part of the future success of our films ( EG. : L’homme qui rétrécit, Bugonia, G.O.A.T, Song Sung Blue, Michael, Minions 3.. ....). This internship will start on 29th September 2025.
Responsibilities :
Creation of media agency briefs for online and offline media buying for the film
Monitoring media and brand partnerships
Coordination of media planning & development in collaboration with the department's marketing expertise teams
Preparation of presentations for the Head Office.
Preparation of print summaries and documents required for launching the marketing campaign
Support in organizing events (e.g., premieres, influencer events, etc.)
Audience targeting research for the digital campaign
Drafting of post-release summaries
Qualifications
Profil souhaité :
Étudiant en école de commerce ou école audiovisuelle majeure Marketingen césure ou stage de fin d’étude
Connaissance et passion du cinéma.
Connaissance de la publicité / mécanisme d’une campagne.
Sensibilité artistique.
Maîtrise de l’anglais
Maîtrise du pack Office (Word, Excel, powerpoint).
Profile
Business School or Cinema Student focused on Marketing gap year or end of studies internship
Internship agreement provided by your school mandatory
Fluent in English
Knowledge of MS packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Knowledge and passion for Cinema
Experience in Advertising or Marketing is a plus
