Intern Fellow – Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Campus Management: from posting internship ads online to the end of interns’ assignments.
• Writing innovative job postings; identifying and selecting candidates; organizing the recruitment process from A to Z; monitoring arrival and integration of new interns; leading intern activities such as lunches and team‑building events; developing campus‑management strategy, participating in recruitment forums, liaising with partner schools, defining a recruitment schedule.
• Monitoring HR projects: participating in ad‑hoc assignments related to performance evaluation, talent management, internal communication, and DEI topics.

Skills & Qualifications

• Final year business student or Master’s 2 program (HR/Psychology, etc.).
• Passionate, motivated, proactive, curious; interested in IT and finance industries.
• Comfortable interacting in English, both written and spoken.
