We are constantly moving forward and looking for several working students in the Department of Distribution Services to support our growth in the solar industry.

1. Supporting our colleagues in the technical hotline and ticketing system.
2. Providing answers to customers about our technical products (e.g., PV products and PV inverters).
3. Supporting the creation of FAQs, online courses, tutorials, and recording/documentation for related regions.
4. Providing technical support remotely.
5. Supporting operation and maintenance through the Sungrow cloud platform.

Your profile

1. You are a university graduate in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. You live in Lyon or the Lyon area.
3. You can work 40 hours/week as an intern.
4. You are structured and autonomous in your work approach.
5. You have a service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn new technical skills.
6. You are fluent in French (C1) and English (minimum B2). Communication with clients will be in these languages. Additional languages are a plus.
