Description du poste

The sales integrated rep is responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with Key Clients to position Maersk as the preferred logistics partner.

The sales integrated rep will develop relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the customer’s global organization and facilitate the building of effective solutions to help resolve customer logistics pain points. This will enable revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction to achieve the assigned sales, volume, and financial targets.

This role can be based in Paris, Marseille, Lille, or Le Havre.

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute an account development plan for growth in accordance with the strategic plan of the customer.
  • Provide leadership for and engage the global account team for the customer.
  • Drive the sales pipeline for significant growth.
  • Accountable for the results of sales activities within the customer portfolio, including identifying, qualifying, consulting, developing value propositions, and selling large-scale and complex supply chain solutions.
  • Grow logistics share of wallet through selling complex supply chain solutions.
  • Ensure the customer delivers on awarded volume in line with contract commitments and address shortfalls proactively, renegotiating as necessary.
  • Strive for consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing and identifying needs and suggesting solutions. Build understanding of all service offerings to be able to offer additional logistics products.

We are looking for :

  • An industry professional with knowledge of the retail vertical, focusing on France, from a logistics perspective.
  • Someone with excellent communication, networking, interpersonal, and influencing skills to communicate at all levels.
  • A leader capable of operating effectively in a matrix environment and creating networks across diverse functional and cultural groups.
  • A proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning complex opportunities—selling to senior management levels.
  • An expert with experience in international supply chain management, understanding how solutions can be leveraged to deliver strategic goals.
  • Ability to engage executive leadership at key points in the sales process.
  • Experience in developing and implementing transport and logistics solutions that integrate products and services beyond single point solutions.
  • A collaborative, results-driven, customer-centric, self-motivated, resilient individual capable of handling ambiguity.
  • Empathy and the ability to turn customer needs into business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales within the logistics industry, ideally in retail or lifestyle sectors, including account management and/or business development roles.
