Here's what they're looking for :

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in Software Engineering.
• Experience working on on-site engineering projects or in client-facing roles.
• BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience at high-growth tech companies.
