Qualifications

• 4–5 years of BA/PO experience
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance
• Ability to delve into detailed topics
• Experience with Agile projects

Responsibilities

• Drafting/contributing to user stories and/or functional specifications for the VISION project
• Analyzing the needs expressed by management
• Clarifying possible functional choices and IT impacts in feasibility or maintenance
• Contributing to the drafting of the test strategy and test plan
• Communicating with stakeholders (business and IT) throughout the project
• Reporting to the team leader and project manager on progress and any difficulties/alerts
