• Monitor the business and the risks,

Qualifications

• You have at least 3+ years of experience in health insurance
• You are fluent in English
• Knowledge of sector trends, pricing/repricing decisions and market practices
• Quantitative background (statistics, actuarial sciences) with experience in insurance products and business
• Ability to navigate and synthesize technical, data, business and legal questions related to insurance
• Builder mindset, continuously identifying opportunities to scale and optimize processes and systems
• Willingness to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish or willingness to learn
• Experience coordinating with teams in another country
• Connections and understanding of the Spanish health insurance market
