The role
The Product Manager – Insulins & Mature Products is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that support business objectives. The role combines market analysis, product lifecycle management, and marketing campaign adaptation to ensure performance across the portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Product Manager helps shape promotional initiatives and drives data-informed decision-making. With a focus on enhancing brand visibility and sustaining long-term growth, the position plays a key role in the success of our insulin and mature product lines. The main responsibilities involve:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Lead the design and execution of integrated strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share for insulins and mature products.
Market Research & Insights: Identify consumer trends and market shifts through data analysis to inform product positioning and strategic decisions.
Product Lifecycle & P&L Management: Oversee all phases of product development and commercialization to drive profitable growth and align with financial objectives.
Promotional Campaign Execution: Develop and approve impactful promotional content using modern marketing tools, ensuring timely and effective deployment.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, regulatory, medical teams to align goals and ensure cohesive product and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
10+ Years of Pharmaceutical Marketing Experience: Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on mature or specialty care products.
Strategic and Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to develop data-informed strategies and interpret complex market data to drive business decisions.
Proven Product Lifecycle and Financial Management Skills: Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles with solid understanding of P&L and ROI evaluation.
Exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to articulate vision, influence diverse teams, and represent the brand both internally and externally.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
