About the Role

As anInstallation Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the installation operations of bulky items and training installers. You will ensure high-quality installations, coordinate the team, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Train and manage a team of installers for bulky items.
  • Oversee installation operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations team to align installation schedules with deliveries.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve installation-related issues.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements in the installation process.
