NES Fircroft is looking for an Installation Methods Senior Engineer to be involved in the installation of subsea structures, mooring systems, riser systems, flexible flowlines, and/or umbilicals.

Location: Based in Suresnes, France, or fully remote with onshore/offshore missions to Brazil or Angola.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers and a package.
• Manage all external interfaces (clients, suppliers) and internal interfaces (other disciplines, installation, manufacturing, purchase).
• Prepare documents and preliminary studies related to tenders, FEEDs, and projects developed by the Group.
• Supervise engineering activities related to the preparation and offshore installation of the products.
• Plan, prepare, and confirm specific procedures (validation tests on site, transportation, installation) and associated calculation notes (design lifting slings), defining priorities.
• Participate in vessel mobilization and installation phases to validate technical solutions while respecting the Group's HSEQ rules.
• Ensure activities are conducted in compliance with project standards regarding Quality, Cost, and Time.
• Be the technical owner, select contractors, and supervise subcontracted studies.
• Validate concepts and manage changes, considering HSEQ criteria.
• Validate developments and propose improvements, taking into account the Group's HSEQ standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the development and progression of the team.
• Contribute to consolidating the expertise of the installation team.
• Offer innovative solutions to reduce costs.
