Description du poste

The Health and Safety Manager plays a key role in driving a proactive safety culture within Sekurit AGR. Through strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative initiatives, the Health and Safety Manager promotes best practices, embeds safety into daily operations, and drives continuous improvement in risk prevention and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Health & Safety Strategy: Develop and implement policies and standards to ensure a safe working environment, in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Risk Management & Prevention: Implement preventive measures and coordinate risk mitigation efforts across the Business Unit (BU). Conduct regular risk assessments to support safety initiatives.
• Training & Awareness: Organize training sessions and awareness programs to engage employees in health and safety best practices.
• Incident Management: Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Cross-country Collaboration: Work closely with EHS managers in different countries to ensure alignment and consistency in safety practices.
• Fitting Activity Support: Establish standards and processes for automotive glass installation and contribute to a strong health & safety culture within the franchise network.
• Experience: Proven experience in risk management, audits, incident analysis, project management, and team coordination.
