Swiss Ocean Tech AG is hiring an Installation Engineer to join our team for hands-on system installations across the Mediterranean, including Palma, Antibes, and surrounding areas. The role suits engineers who work on short-term technical assignments, with flexible timing and potential on‑rotation contracts.
You will work closely with our engineers, project manager, and vessel crews to perform on-board installations aboard superyachts.

Swiss Ocean Tech, the company behind the AnchorGuardian anchor monitoring solution, is looking for an experienced engineer to join us for system installations across the Mediterranean over the coming months. Given the continued high demand for our technology, we are looking for someone as soon as possible.
This role is ideal for engineers who work rotational schedules, freelance between contracts, or are looking to fill available periods with short‑term technical assignments. Work may arise on short notice and can range from a few hours to several days depending on project requirements.
You’ll be working hands‑on alongside our engineers, project manager, and each vessel’s crew to carry out physical installations onboard superyachts. It’s a varied, practical role with plenty of interaction across some great locations.
We’re currently prioritising candidates based in Mallorca, though we’re open to the right person wherever you’re located.
