Description du poste

Currently seeking an Inspector to support a full-time project for at least 3 months in Pau, France.

The resource should be a seasoned CMM Operator able to work autonomously loading products, tooling, and programs into a Zeiss CMM, and then interpreting the results.

All activities will be performed onsite in Pau, supporting evening/night shifts.

Job Description:

• Support CMM Inspection & Operating efforts at the supplier's facility in Pau.
• Perform nightly inspection of complex machined parts, cylinders, housings, etc., checking for conformity to customer specifications, and issuing/documenting NCRs as required.
• Further orientation will be provided onsite.

Duration:

• Immediate start
• Minimum 3 months

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• 21:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work

Skill Requirements:

• Extensive experience with CMM machines is required.
• Hands-on experience with GD&T according to ANSI Y 14.5.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and inspection results.
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
• Familiarity with quality and manufacturing processes.
• Inspection background in receiving or in-process inspection is preferred.
• French language skills are required.
• Experience with Zeiss Calypso is preferred.
