Role: Global Inspection Coordinator – all genders

Remote working: up to 40%

Contract: permanent

The Inspection Coordinator reports to the Head of the Audits and Inspections team within the Global Quality department.

The main responsibilities include:

• Supporting sites and entities (affiliates) to ensure inspection readiness and follow-up.
• Providing expertise on worldwide GMP requirements.
• Analyzing new GXP requirements and communicating them to impacted entities.
• Organizing communication and meetings with the Quality network to share inspection outcomes and ensure findings are addressed.
• Monitoring inspection key indicators.
• Performing audits as a qualified auditor (some travel expected).
• Supporting auditor training and qualification.
• Managing a group of European auditors.

About you

• Experience: 10+ years in Quality management and auditing within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of GXP regulations and standards for products like CHC Drug Products, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Medical Devices. Qualified auditor with at least 10 years GMP/GDP experience.
• Soft skills: Organization, communication, networking, leadership, and assertiveness skills.
• Education: Pharmacist or advanced degree (e.g., Master, PhD) in life sciences or related fields.
• Languages: English (spoken and written) required; French is a strong asset.
