Job Description :

Arrow IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical components) is a part of Arrow Electronics, a global leader in electronics distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world.

About the role

In your daily work as an Inside Sales Representative, IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical components) you will hunt and develop new prospects and support our customers by answering their RFQ, preparing price offers. You will be the preferred contact to suppliers to help grow MS in France.

To be successful in this role, you will need an in-depth knowledge of interconnectivity, customer's portfolio of products, and actively follow your sales RFQ as well as orders until execution.

You will focus on the French market.

What you'll be doing?

  1. Manage relationships with assigned customers by providing excellent support.
  2. Work with internal and external teams, often facilitating the work of others in pricing, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders.
  3. Work between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships.
  4. Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for sales.
  5. Gain new customers and re-engage existing accounts that might be dormant.
  6. Document and manage customer activity.
  7. Hunt customers, focusing on a list and farming your own customer accounts.

Who you are?

  1. Your knowledge about interconnect is an absolute must for the role!
  2. You are a salesperson with at least 5 years of successful experience in interconnectivity.
  3. You are fluent in English and French.
  4. You communicate clearly and are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
  5. You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Salesforce or other sales-related software would be a plus.
  6. Resourcefulness, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities are your advantages.
  7. You like helping clients. You are patient, flexible, pugnacious, and punctual even under pressure.
