Job Description:
  • Oversees GTS Education Plans, ensuring communication methods are fit for purpose and LMS system is fully utilized.
  • Delivers and continuously reviews training, developing new high-standard training areas in collaboration with GTS Lead Trainers.
  • Engages with key stakeholders within GTS operational teams to identify and assess educational needs.
  • Ensures all programs include an effective people plan, which is then executed.
  • Partners with business leaders to deliver programs supporting Inside Sales and GTS objectives.
  • Leads planning and implementation of programs throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Reviews program scope, goals, and deliverables regularly.
  • Tracks and advises on program deliverables and tasks.
  • Owns and resolves issues during programs, proactively managing risks.
  • Drives team accountability for staying on budget, on schedule, and achieving outcomes.
  • Communicates expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members, securing acceptance and meeting objectives.
  • Provides status reports on progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Manages escalations effectively for issues or risks impacting the program.
  • Mentors team members in leadership, methodology, stakeholder management, and skills development.
  • Conducts program reviews, post-implementation, and continual improvement assessments.
  • Supports Computacenter’s mission and core values.
  • Ensures training resources are in place, adopted, and updated.
  • Implements programs to high standards, delivered on time and within budget, with successful user adoption.
  • Manages European stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Requires a minimum of 7–10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Possesses good awareness of the marketplace, industry, and stakeholders.
  • Understands how GTS operates and has process understanding of Inside Sales and GTS operations.
  • Identifies decision-makers and leverages relationships to improve service.
  • Exhibits excellent time management, independence, and solution-oriented work style.
  • Maintains a growth mindset and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving, decision-making skills, and goal orientation.
