Responsibilities

  1. Establish and expand client relationships via telephone, e-mail, and chat with diligent record-keeping to improve customer experience.
  2. Stay curious about the client, understand their needs and motivations, and help align our solutions to get the best fit.
  3. Engage in contract negotiations, focused on attaining the best outcomes for both customer and company.
  4. Join the culture of TeamViewer, collaborate with other departments to support your growth and expertise.
  5. Maximize your results with a compensation package that supports your determination to over-achieve!
Requirements
  1. Native level of English is mandatory, further languages are a plus.
  2. Experience in a competitive sales environment and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge.
  4. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international team.
