Inside Sales Representative (M/F/D)

Do you like to take on challenges, are you demanding in your work and do you know how to adapt to each customer in order to offer the best possible commercial experience? We are giving you the opportunity to achieve this goal with this new position to be filled as soon as possible.

The Role

You help to support our growth strategy and expand our market share through your technical and commercial support provided for the sales of equipment and associated systems to LEYBOLD's customers in France by guaranteeing the veracity of the information transmitted and the punctuality it requires. To do this, you will need to:

• Analyse on a technical/scientific level the needs of the customers and respond to the incoming requests in the different sectors (incoming calls, generic mailboxes, digital leads generation, calls for tenders).
• Build technical & commercial solutions and promote them to customers either directly or in partnership with the field sales team and any technical experts.
• Manage complex tenders & projects with the various internal contacts (Sales, Admin, PLM, System Dpt.,....).
• Monitor and participate in the closing of opportunities generated in conjunction with the field sales force and participate, if necessary, in the coordination of key accounts when necessary.
• Conduct internal/external technical product and concept training.
• Be an actor in product information campaigns on a targeted customer base. Identify & qualify Leads as part of prospecting campaigns.
• Populate and use the CRM according to the performance indicators in force.
• Be an actor in the customer experience and satisfaction with the processing of complaints and/or dissatisfactions.

What we expect of you?

• A higher scientific education (bachelor’s or master’s degree in physical measurements, chemistry, engineering, mechatronics ...).
• A good knowledge of vacuum technologies with a significant experience in the industrial and/or scientific field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to work as part of a team and to serve renowned industrial and academic clients in a wide range of cutting-edge sectors (Transport, Energy, Health, Agri-food, Research, etc.).
• Passion for commercial relationships and a first experience in this field.
• Fluent English will help you to adapt to our organization.
• The position requires autonomy in the organization of work as well as a strong technical curiosity and ease of use with digital tools.

The salary range must be defined according to the candidate's profile and experience.
