Leybold France, a subsidiary of Leybold GmbH (Germany) within the Atlas Copco Group's Vacuum Technology division, has been a leader in developing, manufacturing, marketing, and servicing vacuum solutions for over 170 years. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative (M/F/D) to join our team.

The Role

In this position, you will support our growth strategy by providing technical and commercial support for sales activities related to equipment and systems to our customers in France. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing customer needs on a technical/scientific level and responding to requests across various sectors (calls, emails, digital leads, tenders).
  2. Developing and promoting technical and commercial solutions, either directly or in collaboration with the sales team and technical experts.
  3. Managing complex tenders and projects with internal teams.
  4. Assisting in closing opportunities and coordinating with key accounts as needed.
  5. Conducting technical product and concept training internally and externally.
  6. Participating in product information campaigns and prospecting activities.
  7. Using CRM tools effectively to track performance indicators.
  8. Enhancing customer experience by managing complaints and dissatisfaction issues.
What We Expect From You
  • A higher scientific education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in physical measurements, chemistry, engineering, or mechatronics.
  • Significant experience and knowledge of vacuum technologies in industrial or scientific contexts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team, serving clients across various sectors.
  • A passion for commercial relationships with some prior experience.
  • Fluency in English to facilitate communication within our organization.
  • Autonomy, strong technical curiosity, and proficiency with digital tools.

The position is based in Les Ulis (91) or Bourg Lès Valence (26), with administrative ties to our Les Ulis headquarters. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
