Une entreprise innovante à la pointe de la technologie recherche un Représentant Commercial Interne passionné pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le processus de vente, en générant des leads, en gérant des relations avec des partenaires et en engageant directement avec les utilisateurs finaux. Vous aurez l'opportunité d'explorer de nouveaux marchés et d'élargir notre portefeuille commercial. Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes avec une capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs projets.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation auprès des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.

Job Description : As an Inside Sales Representative at Getac, you will play a crucial role in our sales process. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Lead generation and management – Attracting potential customers through both inbound and outbound methods, qualifying leads, nurturing them, and assigning leads appropriately. You will support Business Development team and Channel Partners by providing qualified leads and opportunities that are viable prospects for immediate sales attention. Your efforts will aim to increase the conversion and closing rates of leads and optimize the process.
  • Managing relationships with channel partners to maintain and expand our market presence. This includes coordinating efforts to nurture existing partnerships and develop new ones to enhance our strategic market reach.
  • Increasing and monitoring the pipeline for the team, scheduling calls / meetings and product presentations with potential clients to drive engagement and sales.
  • Handling opportunities of small to medium sizes, guiding them from initiation to closure. Your efforts will be key in managing these opportunities effectively, ensuring a smooth transition through each stage of the funnel.
  • Engaging directly with end users, system integrators, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and resellers to enhance sales outcomes. This involves direct communication to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet these requirements, thereby improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Scouting for new business opportunities and expanding our reach within the industry. You will actively seek out and explore new markets and potential client relationships, driving the growth and diversification of our business portfolio.
  • Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise and relationships to significantly contribute to business development efforts, supporting our business partners and ensuring a strong market presence. You will be integral to nurturing client relationships and achieving strategic goals.

Experience & Education :

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and escalate pre-sales issues efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Background in the IT Hardware sector is essential, familiarity with the rugged technology market is highly advantageous.
  • Self motivated, organised and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation and client qualification through web research.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative in staying up to date on new product releases and continually enhancing sales recruitment skills.
  • Proficiency with internal sales distribution and forecasting systems is preferred.
  • Prior experience collaborating across internal departments, HQ units and third party business partners is highly valued.
  • Fluency in French (native or bilingual) and professional proficiency in English are required.
