• Completed training or degree in sales or significant sales experience.
• Fluency in German, strong English skills, French is a plus.
• Experience with Office Pack; ERP experience preferred.

Inside Sales Representative - Luxury Jewelry - French / English / German (m / f / d), Greater Karlsruhe Area

Our client is a family business with several brands and manufactories. You will be part of a seven-person sales team and work with long-term clients such as wholesalers, luxury brands, jewelers, etc.

• Customer care and farming at national, European and Asian level, in writing, by telephone or video conference
• Monitoring and administration of order processing, quality management
• Cooperation with production for special orders or complaints
• Independent calculation of price information and quotations
