Qualifications

IS Decisions, based in Biarritz on the Basque coast, is a software publisher specializing in cybersecurity solutions to protect access to networks, data, and the cloud. With 93% of our turnover from exports, more than 3,000 customers in 144 countries rely on IS Decisions software, including some of the most regulated and security-conscious in the world.

To support our fast growth, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Inside Sales Team based at our headquarters near Biarritz, France.

Overview

You will be responsible for the sale of all IS Decisions solutions (B2B) in an English-speaking territory. This position educates prospects on the proper use and advantages of IS Decisions solutions to secure commitments of approval and ensure a successful product implementation. The role will report to the Head of Sales.

Requirements
  • A bilingual knowledge of English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales (IT sector preferred).
  • Show working knowledge and experience with Hubspot to effectively manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • A highly organized individual who is able to manage a large number of opportunities and accordingly set priorities to achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter who always strives to improve.

Other desired experiences:

  • German language
  • Subscription experience in a high-growth SaaS company
Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales representative, you will:

  • Contact inbound leads to qualify and develop new opportunities and prospects.
  • Provide live demos of the solutions through screen sharing, online meetings, and conference calls to demonstrate values and respond to customer needs.
  • Discover and understand customer requirements, helping them through your proficient knowledge of IS Decisions solutions, and negotiate to obtain budget justifications and approvals.
  • Create, drive, and manage pipeline opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Liaise closely with Technical Support Representatives to help secure commitments of approval.
  • Aim to achieve or exceed the assigned monthly sales objectives.
