Overview

As part of our growth, Kyriba aims to strengthen its Southern European sales team. We are seeking an Inside Sales representative responsible for customer satisfaction and contributing to our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Represent Kyriba, our solutions, and services within your scope.
  2. Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Educate and inform customers about our products, focusing on treasury, finance, and risk management.
  4. Prepare customer presentations and meetings collaboratively with the sales and pre-sales teams.
  5. Manage small transactional sales (less than $500 MRR).
  6. Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure contract renewals and manage the overall customer experience.
  7. Handle scoping, pricing, and execution of consulting services to maintain and improve Kyriba offerings.
  8. Follow up on marketing leads and participate in client marketing events.
  9. Maintain follow-up for unresponsive smaller accounts.
  10. Collaborate with Account Managers on support requests requiring change orders.
  11. Accurately update opportunity stages and MRR in our systems to maintain pipeline integrity.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with treasury software or SaaS industry background.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and nurture opportunities.
  • Dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to interact effectively with prospects and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
